Someone made a good point about how ill-conceived messages that help no one are outrageous, but there is very little to be gained from holding on to a long time hate over them. People say and do ignorant stuff every single day, and as a defense mechanism you have to learn to ignore it, or you will literally loose your mind. So we'll poke fun at Gene Marks for a couple more days, but then the next Internet sensation will appear, and we'll move on. There are games to be played on facebook.
